Strange romset. We couldn't find any information about such a computer. There is a couple of picture and a short info on a Japanese website:
"According to some sources this computer was only distributed in Japan. A cheap computer for beginners but european/american companies were never really successful in Japan and the VC10 was not an exception."
And in the the TOSEC name there is Commodore VIC10 ...
